FutureBoss was born from the trial of my own life transition. After years in sales, marketing, and strategy at Google, an unexpected mass layoff became the ultimate catalyst for me to pivot into people-focused work—a shift fueled by my passion to impact the next generation of workforce talent and drive internal mobility, entrepreneurship, and sustainable life transitions. I founded FutureBoss as a living laboratory, developing the exact strategies and strict boundaries needed to master my own job search while simultaneously building a business. Today, as a full-time Inclusive Culture Lead at a top financial services firm and a certified coach, I use those same battle-tested frameworks to help clients lean into uncomfortable conversations, deepen their self-awareness, and leverage accountability to successfully conquer their own next chapters.
